    Bharti AXA Health Super top-up policy offers higher sum insured options up to Rs 100 lakh. For instance, if you buy a Bharti AXA super top-up plan of Rs 15 lakh and the deductible is Rs 3 lakh, and the hospital bill comes out to be Rs 10 lakh then the insurance company will pay off the amount over and above Rs 3 lakh i.e. Rs 7 lakh.

    • 1,2 and 3 year policy period options are available
    • Cashless facility is available at more than 4500+ network hospitals

    • 394 day care procedures/ surgeries covered up to the Sum Insured
    • Hospital Daily Cash benefit is provided up to specified limits

    Inclusions of Bharti AXA Super Top-up Policy

    Bharti AXA Smart Super Top-up health insurance plan covers the following expenses:

    • All pre-existing diseases included after the first 48 months of Policy.
    • In-patient treatment covered, including doctor’s fees, fees for the surgeon, specialist, anaesthetist, ICU charges, room rent, etc., are covered.
    • Ambulance charges, including air ambulance charges are covered
    • Organ donor’s medical expenses are compensated as well
    • Pre & post hospitalization expenses covered up to the sum Insured
    • AYUSH Treatment/Dental treatment/Home Nursing expenses are covered
    • Critical illness cover is provided with 60 days waiting period and 30 days survival period
    • Maternity benefit is available with a short waiting period of 9-months
    • Emergency Hospitalization Cover (Worldwide Basis)
    • Convalescence Benefit in the form of a fixed sum upon hospitalization of 10 days or more

    Exclusions of Bharti AXA Super Top-up Policy

    Bharti AXA Smart Super Top-up Health Insurance plan does not cover the following expenses:

    • Genetic disorders, congenital external diseases, anomalies or defects
    • Growth hormone therapy or stem cell therapy
    • Venereal disease, sexually transmitted disease or illness
    • Dental treatment that does not require hospitalization
    • Crutches, artificial limbs, or other external appliances
