In light of the Coronavirus pandemic, Policybazaar Group (Policybazaar.com and Paisabazaar.com) has extended support to the National Health Authority (NHA), Government of India in efforts towards addressing public queries related to COVID-19.

The group has committed 1,000 members of its customer support center to NHA on a non-commercial basis, to be utilized on a need basis.

The helpline is playing a critical role in helping the general public with advice, questions, or assistance related to Coronavirus. We appreciate this gesture, which strengthens India’s fight against COVID-19.”
NHA has included Policybazaar Group as part of the primary call center for calls to the National Covid-19 Helpline No. 1075. Policybazaar staff has been supporting the helpline from the last week of March, with each of them working remotely on their tablets or smartphones.
"A big salute to the NHA and our staff who have been working tirelessly on this project. The quick turnaround in which training of the staff happened, creating a customized CRM platform, and integrating it with NHA's systems and standard protocols is commendable," Dahiya added.
