Sowing the SEED for PBians’ growth

The story of Policybazaar is a simple one - it's to do with a growing army of individuals who feel strongly about making insurance in India transparent and accessible. The journey of building this startup into India’s leading InsurTech, however, has been a challenging one. It has entailed dealing with age-old mindsets and digital divides. Almost a decade and a half into the journey, we consider the first leg of our journey victorious - with many more victories to follow. 

PB’s insurance advisors have worked ardently through this period and it is their prowess that has made all the difference. As an employee-first organization, we feel that it's our duty to reward their efforts and offer them due growth opportunities. A part of this initiative is SEED,  Skill Enhancement & Employee Development Program. It is a training program to help PBians hop onto an accelerated growth path and bag managerial roles. 

The program is designed to drive employee retention and increased engagement levels by promoting internal talent. 
This festive month, PB got an additional reason to celebrate as we culminated the first leg of this training program. The two week-long training session was executed in partnership with KNOLSKAPE, our external partner in assisting experience-based learning throughout the training session.

The SEED training session is a milestone in Policybazaar’s journey as an employer. The rewarding first season of this initiative is indicative of many more such reruns to follow every year.
