To drive a vehicle without violating the traffic rules and to avoid penalties, one must insure its vehicle with an adequate motor insurance policy. As per the Motor Vehicles Act of 1988, driving a vehicle without a valid insurance is an offense, as the law has made Third Party Insurance mandatory in India. However, to ensure optimum protection to the vehicle, one must consider buying comprehensive coverage with add-on covers as well. There is no dearth of insurance companies in the state of Madhya Pradesh. Even the city like Jabalpur has a considerable number of motor insurers that offer various insurance plans. The insurance seeker can apply online as well to save time and money. Moreover, online insurance also allows the person to compare the plans on various grounds like premium offered, claim settlement ratio of the insurer, coverage etc. This will help to make an informed decision by allowing them to compare the plans first and then buy. If not, one can go with the offline process by visiting the branch of an insurance company and approach the concerned officer to buy a plan.
