Jeeto Apna Ghar Contest 2.0: Hearing It Directly From The Winners

Navneet is in seventh heaven to have won a house and cash prize in Policybazaar’s Jeeto Apna Ghar Contest 2.0. “I’m yet to decide what I will be doing with the prize money but as of now, I’m happy that I finally won this contest, that itself is a dream come true for me,” he said.

Jeeto Apna Ghar Contest 2.0, which began in 2020 to award high-performing contact centre advisors with a house and cash incentives, has fulfilled the dreams of 5 people at Policybazaar.com. The goal of creating this contest was to recognize how hard these advisors work to help consumers through the insurance journey, from giving them the best products at affordable values to assuring a quick policy issuance process and post-issuance support, including claims. This contest will further contribute to the company's intention of encouraging more individuals inside the insurance safety net. The company also aimed to emphasize that Policybazaar.com is one of the highest-earning companies in the insurance sector.

Navneet, who is a part of Health BU of Policybazaar also mentioned, that how he likes to help people in their health insurance journey which is a necessity today. He further said, “to combat medical inflation, health insurance is essential” and he is grateful to help people with something as important as health insurance. 

“I was amazed when my colleagues informed me that I won a house. My wife was watching live and got emotional when she called me.” My parents and wife are super proud of me and when I got back home that day, they greatly welcomed me; I was elated, Navneet shared with joy on his face. He further shared how his seniors helped him on the days when he felt low and hopeless and they always motivated him. He with great enthusiasm said, “I will now help my colleagues to achieve their dreams, in the way my seniors helped and encouraged me.”

Vikas, the other lucky winner of the contest, joined Policybazaar a few years back and he’s now performing exceptionally at the organization. Vikas expressed his gratitude and immense happiness at becoming a part of Policybazaar. "The company provides a really inspiring work environment, which has contributed to my personal development as well. My path has been easy and I'll keep working hard and being a member of this organization in the future," he concluded.

He shared, that, this year he worked extremely hard and was lucky enough to win the contest as he tried last year but had no luck back then. Overjoyed Vikas further added, “I’ve never heard of such good incentives and reward opportunities at any other organization. This motivates PBians to work harder, and from the heart. With this prize money, I will redecorate my house.” Vikas won a house worth Rs. 25 lacs and a cash prize of Rs. 65,000. 

Vikas has worked hard throughout the years and has been a consistent performer. While recalling his experience at Policybazaar, he stated how his seniors assisted him through his challenging moments. "From interacting with consumers to handling a tough situation, my seniors have always guided me in the proper direction," he continued.
