Jeeto Apna Ghar Winners 2.0 : Sneak peak into winners’ success stories

Who doesn't like to be rewarded for their rigorous hard-work and exceptional performance, especially when you have gone an extra mile to deliver to your customers time and again. Well, to acknowledge this effort by our customer service advisors Policybazaar is back with another season of Jeeto Apna Ghar contest!  

“My friends had a gut feeling that I would definitely win because of which I had got my hopes up too! However, as they proceeded with announcing the lottery numbers I lost all hope because out of 5 lucky draws 4 were already announced. But luckily I was the last one and surprisingly the lottery number was my date of birth too!” said Komal. Thanks to Jeeto Apna Ghar contest for recognizing all our top-performing contact advisors and rewarding them with the house of their dreams. In addition, the organization has also provided monetary rewards. 

Komal was in complete shock when she got to know that she had won the house. “It will definitely take me a few more days to process that I actually have my own house,” said Komal. Along with the house Komal has also been rewarded with the cash prize of 3 Lakhs. She is planning to invest this money for a safe and secure future for herself and her family. When asked what her family’s reaction was, Komal said “At first my parents thought I was joking, they didn’t believe me, when they realized that I wasn’t joking my whole family was so happy and excited. My father told me he was super proud of me.” 

Komal Rawat has been part of Policybazaar for the past 2 years and has proven herself consistently over the years. Her journey with Policybazaar has been progressive and exciting at the same time. “The work culture is amazing here, the managers are extremely helpful. Because of their guidance and constant support I have been promoted as an SME and I plan to grow and work for the company for a long time,” said Komal. 

Adding to the pool of talent, another lucky winner was Bhrigu Magotra who works as a sales executive for Policybazaar. He was on cloud 9 when he got to know that he had won a house of his own at the age of 27! “When the lottery was announced I was in Delhi, I received a call from my manager that I had won. My family said it’s really a life changing experience for everyone,” said Bhrigu. 

Bhrigu mentioned how he is extremely grateful to Policybazaar and his seniors/colleagues here who have motivated him at every stage. “I lost my mother a few years back and wasn’t able to complete my graduation because of financial issues. It was a really tough time for me, to overcome this, I started my journey with Policybazaar to support my family financially,” said Brighu. 

With the cash prize Brighu plans to invest his money for a better future. Talking about his journey with Policybazaar, Brighu mentioned that as a sales executive he’s doing really good for himself and his family and will continue to grow here. "It's our founders vision which enlightened me and my dreams," said Brighu 

With Season 2 of Jeeto Apna Ghar Policybazaar has started a new program “SEED” to instill motivation in our advisors. This first-of-its-kind programme was launched for our sales and service advisors. Through the program they will have a chance to upskill and advance their professional career here at Policybazaar. Brighu plans to be a part of this and plans to prepare for this exam. “This is a great initiative by Policybazaar which will help us grow. I plan to prepare for this exam and join the management really soon!” said Brighu.
