Hi Kumar, it is mandatory to buy a car insurance plan in India as per Motor Vehicle Act. The insurance company will compensate for the losses incurred to your vehicle at the time of the accident or any damage. It also covers the hospitalization bills if you get injured. I have a 2 wheeler and a 4 wheeler. If I buy the personal accident cover with my 2 wheeler policy, will it cover me if I get in an accident on my 4 wheeler? Or, do I have to also buy the PA cover with my 4 wheeler?

It is mandatory for all 2-wheeler and 4-wheeler customers to have a PA cover but only one such cover is needed for a customer. So if you already have it bought along with your 2-wheeler policy and the cover is active, you do not need to buy that along with you 4-wheeler policy. You can uncheck the bundled cover and specify the reason as the same when you do so.
