Hi Sreejith, thank you for reaching out. We are unable to locate any insurance policy against the contact details you have shared here. If you purchased the policy from Policybazaar using alternate contact details, you can raise a ticket for address change by logging in to the Policybazaar app or website using your registered mobile number and OTP.

Path for raising the request: Login > Policies > Select the relevant policy > 'Have an issue with the policy?' > 'I want to make changes in my policy copy' > 'Address details' > Enter the correct Address > Submit.
