Change of ownership of insurance from one person to me
Hi Manikandan, if the previous owner purchased the policy from Policybazaar, please have them share the following with our customer support team at care@policybazaar.com from the registered email ID, for a change in name in the policy copy:
1. Registered mobile number and email ID (this should be the one your previous owner used to book the policy)
2. Your car's RC (issued after ownership transfer to you)
3. Policy copy
If the policy was purchased elsewhere, please contact the insurer for a change in name on the policy.
