Please note that a soft copy of your policy is digitally verified and is a valid document that you can use to show traffic authorities.
You can even take a printout of it if you want to keep a physical copy for your records.
In case you face any issues downloading the policy softcopy from the email, you can also download it from the Policybazaar app or website by logging in with your registered mobile number and OTP.
Path on the app: Login > Policies > Active plans > Click on the policy that you want the copy of > Download.
Path on the website: Policybazaar.com > Sign in > Profile > Your Policies > Download Policy the respective policy.
