Hi Ursula, thanks for connecting with us. As per our records, your Bajaj Allianz two-wheeler insurance policy has been issued on Oct 11, 2021, and a policy copy has been shared over your registered email at 8:47 pm. Please check your email to access the policy copy.
You can also download a copy from the Policybazaar app or website.
Path on the app: Login > Policies > Active plans > Click on the policy that you want the copy of > Download.
Path on the website: Policybazaar.com > Sign in with your registered phone number and OTP or password > Profile > Your Policies > Download Policy the respective policy.

1. Refund for double deduction: We can see that your refund amount of Rs. 1407 has been processed successfully today and you will receive the amount in your account in the next 3-5 working days.
2. Policy not reflecting on mparivahan website: Please note that it can sometimes take 2 to 30 days for your policy to reflect on myparivahan website after policy issuance. However, your insurance policy copy is a valid document that you can use to show to traffic authorities if needed. We request you to check back the myparivahan website in a couple of days.
