Hi Ismayil, Hi, thanks for connecting with us. To download the soft copy of your two-wheeler insurance copy, you need to follow the process given below 

Path on the app: Login > Policies > Active plans > Click on the policy that you want the copy of > Download.

Path on the website: Policybazaar.com > Sign in with your registered phone number and OTP or password > Profile > Your Policies > Download Policy the respective policy.
