How to surrender my life insurance policy with Aviva , is there any deductions for that

Hi Rohit, the exit before the maturity is possible in term insurance. In case of surrender, the policy benefits will cease and you would not be eligible for term-end benefits of any kind. If the policy is surrendered in the first 3 years, then surrender value would be paid after completion of 3 years only. Further, if you face any issues, do let us know at care@policybazaar.com.

how can i change my Email address in lic policy

Hi Dwijendra, The process is very simple you 1. You need to log on to LIC website 2. Under the Customer Services tab you will have an option to change your information online 3. Fill in the short form and validate your policy details Once done you will get a reference number keep it with yourself for future use. Alternatively you can also call their helpline number 022-68276827

Hi Pooja, All you need to do is log on to the Customer Portal of your insurer and you will get the details there. If you have bought the insurance policy from Policybazaar, you would then need to just download the app and login to your My Account section.
