If you tried purchasing the policy from Policybazaar using alternate contact details, we request you to share a copy of your insurance policy, as well as your registered mobile number and email address, with our customer care staff at care@policybazaar.com, and they will happily assist you in getting it changed.
Also, you can raise this request by logging in to the policybazaar app with your registered mobile number > Select the relevant policy > Raise a query > I want to make changes in my policy copy > select mobile number and provide details.
