i need my last year policy copy , i have misplaced by phone i lost soft copy
Hi Goutham, you can download a soft copy of your policy by logging into 'my account' on the policybazaar website or app.
The path on the app is as follows: Home page > Policies > Active plans > Click on the policy that you want the copy of > Download.
The path to download from the website is as follows: Go to policybazaar.com > Sign in with your registered phone number and OTP or password (on the top right corner of the page) > Click on your profile (also on the top right corner of the page) and go to 'Your Policies' > All your policies purchased from Policy Bazaar will be visible here > Click on 'Download Policy' on the bottom right corner of the respective policy.
