Hi Prashanta, Thanks for reaching out. The payment was successful and your SBI General two-wheeler insurance policy has been issued yesterday (March 1, 2022). A policy copy has been shared over your registered email at 1:06 PM.

You can also download a copy from the Policybazaar app or website by logging in with your registered mobile number and OTP.
The path on the app: Login > Policies > Active plans > Click on the policy that you want the copy of > Download. Path on the website: Policybazaar.com > Sign in > Profile > Your Policies > Download Policy the respective policy.
