I didn't get pdf format of my bike insurence policy in my mobile number
Hi Sudheesh, as per our records, an email with a .pdf copy of your policy was shared with you on your registered email ID on Jun 24, 2021. Please check your emails from Jun 24, 2021, from Policybazaar to access the policy copy.
If you are unable to locate the email though, you can also download a copy of your two-wheeler insurance policy by logging in to 'my account' on the policybazaar website or app.
The path to download from the app is as follows: Home page > Policies > Active plans > Click on the policy that you want the copy of > Download.
The path to download from the website is as follows: policybazaar.com > Sign in with your registered phone number and OTP or password > Profile > 'Your Policies' > 'Download Policy' on the bottom right corner of the respective policy.
