I entered a new address but the previous address showed. I want to change to the new address please help me. My reference id is 444078512.
Hi Lakshay, as a policybazaar customer, you can easily request this change in your policy by logging in to the policybazaar app or website with your registered mobile number. Please follow the path below:
You can use the following path to request the change:
Login (with registered mobile number) > 'Policies' > Click on the policy you need the change in > 'Policy needs a correction' > Select the relevant option and enter correct address details > Submit.
Alternatively, please share the following with our customer support team at care@policybazaar.com from your registered email ID requesting the change:
1. Adress proof
2. Registered mobile number
3. Policy copy
The team will help get this rectified asap.
