Hi Preeti, if you have the life insurance policies such as endowment plans, unit-linked plans and money-back plans and for which you have paid the premiums for about 2-3 years then you can opt for the loan against your policy. The term insurance plan is not eligible for loans because it doesn't have any surrender value. For more information, you can visit here.
