I have completed the payment. But didnt received anything about the policy. The email says i didnt complete the transaction. But i have done and money debited from account. UPI says transaction successful.
Hi Cyril, thanks for reaching out. Your National Insurance two-wheeler policy was issued on March 9, 2022 and a policy copy was shared over the registered email address at 7:34 PM.
Also, you can also download a copy from the Policybazaar app or website by logging in with your registered mobile number and OTP.
The path on the app: Login > Policies > Active plans > Click on the policy that you want the copy of > Download.
Path on the website: Policybazaar.com > Sign in > Profile > Your Policies > Download Policy the respective policy.
