i have done payment but policy copy cannot be download how can i get policy
Hi Vijaya, thanks for connecting with us. You can also download a copy of your insurance policy by logging in to 'my account' on the policybazaar website or app.
The path on the app is as follows: Home page > Policies > Active plans > Click on the policy that you want the copy of > Download.
The path to download from the website is as follows: Policybazaar.com > Sign in with your registered phone number and OTP or password (on the top right corner of the page) > Profile > Your Policies > Download Policy
