Hi Jitendra, we could not find your policy in our records with the mobile number you have shared here. If you have bought the policy from Policybazaar with another mobile number, please log in to policybazaar app or website and you can find out the insurance details over here. You can simply follow these steps:

The path to view/download from the app is as follows: Home page > Policies > Active plans > Click on the policy that you want the copy of > Insurer name id visible on the left-hand side of each policy card. You can also check on the policy document after downloading the policy (the 'Download Policy' button is just below the name of the plan on the top)

The path to view/download from the website is as follows: Go to policybazaar.com > Sign in with your registered phone number and OTP or password (on the top right corner of the page) > Click on your profile (also on the top right corner of the page) and go to 'Your Policies' > All your policies purchased from Policy Bazaar will be visible here > Insurer name id visible on the left-hand side of each policy card. You can also check the insurer named on the policy document after downloading the policy ('Download Policy' button is on the bottom right corner of the respective policy.)
