Hi Priya, thanks for reaching out. If this is regarding a policy that you have purchased from Policybazaar, you can check the details of all your policies with us by logging in to the Policybazaar app or website using your registered mobile number. You can also download a copy yourself.
Path on the app: Login > Policies > Active plans > Click on the policy that you want the copy of > Download.
Path on the website: Policybazaar.com > Sign in > Profile > Your Policies > Download Policy the respective policy.

Alternatively, please share your policy number with our customer support team at care@policybazaar.com from your registered email ID, requesting a policy copy.

If you have purchased the policy elsewhere, please contact your insurer requesting them to share a policy copy again.
