I have paid payment but i did not received mail for policy document
Hi Daivat, your Kotak two-wheeler insurance policy has been issued today (Mar 8, 2022) and a copy has been shared over your registered email ID at 12:56 pm. Hope you are able to access this now.
Alternatively, you can also download a copy of the policy by logging in to the Policybazaar app or website using the registered mobile number and OTP using the following path:
The path on the app: Login > Policies > Active plans > Click on the policy that you want the copy of > Download.
Path on the website: Policybazaar.com > Sign in > Profile > Your Policies > Download Policy the respective policy.
