i just paid rupees 4537/-for comprehensive car insurance through policybazaar app. booking ID is 443937482 and payment was made at 23-02-2-22 at 10:40 A.M. but the policy is not reflected in my app neither i received any mail or text message
Hi Abhishek, we can see that your transaction of Rs. 4537 against a Reliance General Car insurance policy was successful, however, inspection is pending from your end. Please follow the instructions shared on your registered email ID at 11:24 am today (Feb 23) to create and upload a video of your car for inspection.
Once the inspection video is approved by the insurer, your policy will be issued and shared over your registered email ID and will also start reflecting in your account on the Policybazaar app.
