i m travelling to Oman. Need Covid Cover Insurance

Hi Sachin, Thanks for reaching out. Most travel insurance plans today cover COVID-19 treatment costs if the policyholder were to contract COVID-19 while in the destination country. However, the cost of the RT-PCR test or any quarantine-related expenses is not covered under most plans.

Most of the travel insurance products that are being offered today offered coverage for COVID - both for hospitalisation and interruption of plans. There are specific conditions (on countries, pre existing conditions and nature of treatments) and limits that one needs to be aware of and an advisor can help you understand the same once specific information of travel destination and dates are known.
