I made a payment of Rs. 916/- vide Transaction ID-PG43436420. The amount has been debited from my account. But in policy bazar website its appearing as "payment pending". Also no policy has been generated. Please send me the policy certificate.

You can download a copy from the Policybazaar app or website by logging in with your registered mobile number and OTP.
Path on the app: Login > Policies > Active plans > Click on the policy that you want the copy of > Download.
Path on the website: Policybazaar.com > Sign in > Profile > Your Policies > Download Policy the respective policy.
