I paid for my policy twice through UPI, the money has been deducted from my account but I got a mail saying transaction was unsuccessful , so I want refund as soon as possible

If there was any deduction from your bank account, please contact your bank regarding the refund.
If you tried purchasing the policy from Policybazaar using alternate contact details, please share the following details from the registered email ID with our customer support team at care@policybazaar.com to help us investigate:
1. Transaction Screenshot or bank statement
2. Insurer name
3. Vehicle registration number
4. Registered mobile no.
