You can download a copy of your insurance policy by logging in to 'my account' on the policybazaar website or app.
The path to download from the app is as follows: Home page > Policies > Active plans > Click on the policy that you want the copy of > Download.
The path to download from the website is as follows: policybazaar.com > Sign in with your registered phone number and OTP or password > Profile > 'Your Policies' > 'Download Policy' on the bottom right corner of the respective policy.
