i renewed my car's insurance today and before that i edited my new address and it showed that it has been updated but after renewing the policy it is showing the same previous address on the policy. I want to get my address changed on my policy
Hi Rattan, thanks for reaching out. As a policybazaar customer, you can raise a ticket for an address change by logging in to the Policybazaar app or website using your registered mobile number and OTP.
Path for raising the request: Login > Policies > Select the relevant policy > 'Have an issue with the policy?' > 'I want to make changes in my policy copy' > 'Address details' > Enter the correct Address > Submit.
