Hi Naseer, thanks for reaching out. However, we could not locate any insurance policy or a payment attempt with us against the contact details you have shared here. If you have purchased the policy from Policybazaar using different email ID/ mobile number, you can login to the Policybazaar app or website using the registered mobile number and download the policy copy.
Path on the app: Login > Policies > Active plans > Click on the policy that you want the copy of > Download.
Path on the website: Policybazaar.com > Sign in > Profile > Your Policies > Download Policy the respective policy.
In case you purchased the policy directly from HDFC ergo, please contact the insurer to get a copy of the policy.
