Hi Dilshad, here is the path to download your soft copy from the policybazaar app and websites by logging in with your registered mobile number:
App: Home page > Policies > Active plans > Click on the policy that you want the copy of > Download.
Website: Go to policybazaar.com > Sign in with your registered phone number and OTP or password (on the top right corner of the page) > Click on your profile (also on the top right corner of the page) and go to 'Your Policies' > All your policies purchased from Policy Bazaar will be visible here > Click on 'Download Policy' on the bottom right corner of the respective policy.
