I was trying to buy an insurance, and I entered all details and was waiting on the payment screen to get the UPI payment completed. And then I was redirected. Now I can't see anything on my policy and my transactions, and money has been debited.

If you tried purchasing the policy from Policybazaar using alternate contact details, please share the following details from the registered email ID with our customer support team at care@policybazaar.com to help us investigate this:
1. Transaction Screenshot or bank statement
2. Insurer name
3. Vehicle registration number
4. Registered mobile no.
In case you purchased the policy elsewhere, kindly contact the insurer regarding this concern.
