Hi Nitish, as per our records your transaction was rejected and an auto refund has been generated. We would advise you to kindly wait for a period of 2-3 days for the amount to reflect in your bank account.

I have a 2 wheeler and a 4 wheeler. If I buy the personal accident cover with my 2 wheeler policy, will it cover me if I get in an accident on my 4 wheeler? Or, do I have to also buy the PA cover with my 4 wheeler?

It is mandatory for all 2-wheeler and 4-wheeler customers to have a PA cover but only one such cover is needed for a customer. So if you already have it bought along with your 2-wheeler policy and the cover is active, you do not need to buy that along with you 4-wheeler policy. You can uncheck the bundled cover and specify the reason as the same when you do so.
