My policy amount is deducted but payment is not updated ,showing payment is in transit please help

You can also download a copy from the Policybazaar app or website by logging in with your registered mobile number and OTP.
Path on the app: Login > Policies > Active plans > Click on the policy that you want the copy of > Download.
Path on the website: Policybazaar.com > Sign in > Profile > Your Policies > Download Policy the respective policy.
