Hello Kathirvel, to download a copy of your insurance documents, log in to either the Policybazaar app or website using your registered mobile number and OTP. On the app, go to Login > Policies > Active plans > Click on the policy that you want the copy of > Download. On the website, go to Policybazaar.com > Sign in > Profile > Your Policies > Download Policy for the respective policy. If you need assistance, please contact our customer care team at care@policybazaar.com from your registered email ID or 1800-258-5970 from the registered mobile number.
