Hi Celestine, it is much easy to check the policy status of your term insurance plan. You can log in to MyAccount and choose your policy number and there you will get to know your policy status. Else, you can also share your contact and policy details at care@policybazaar.com. Our team will get back to you to assist.

how can i change my Email address in lic policy

Hi Dwijendra, The process is very simple you 1. You need to log on to LIC website 2. Under the Customer Services tab you will have an option to change your information online 3. Fill in the short form and validate your policy details Once done you will get a reference number keep it with yourself for future use. Alternatively you can also call their helpline number 022-68276827

Hi Pooja, All you need to do is log on to the Customer Portal of your insurer and you will get the details there. If you have bought the insurance policy from Policybazaar, you would then need to just download the app and login to your My Account section.
