Hi Rahul, Thanks for reaching out. If the previous owner purchased the policy from Policybazaar, please have them share the following with our customer support team at care@policybazaar.com from the registered email ID, for a change in name in the policy copy:
1. Registered mobile number and email ID (this should be the one used to book the policy)
2. Your Bike's updated RC if the ownership has been transferred already
3. Form 29 and 30 that you would have submitted for the transfer (if the ownership transfer is still in progress)
4. Existing policy copy
5. NOC from the previous owner (if required by the specific insurer)
If the policy was purchased elsewhere, please get in touch with the insurer for a change in name on the policy.
