Hi Yusuf, we can see that you had made payment for a National Insurance car insurance policy on Oct 25, 2021 and the policy was issued the same day. A copy of the policy was shared over your registered email at 7:41 pm on Oct 25.

You can also download a copy from the Policybazaar app or website by logging in with your registered mobile number and OTP.

Path on the app: Login > Policies > Active plans > Click on the policy that you want the copy of > Download.
Path on the website: Policybazaar.com > Sign in > Profile > Your Policies > Download Policy the respective policy.
