Hello Durgesh, You can download a copy of your policy from the Policybazaar app or website by logging in with your registered mobile number and OTP. Once you have logged in, you can follow the path mentioned earlier to download the policy. If you face any issues, please contact our customer care team at care@policybazaar.com using your registered email ID or 1800-258-5970 using the registered mobile number. Unfortunately, we do not have the option to send the policy soft copy to your email or mobile directly.

how can i change my Email address in lic policy

Hi Dwijendra, The process is very simple you 1. You need to log on to LIC website 2. Under the Customer Services tab you will have an option to change your information online 3. Fill in the short form and validate your policy details Once done you will get a reference number keep it with yourself for future use. Alternatively you can also call their helpline number 022-68276827

Hi Pooja, All you need to do is log on to the Customer Portal of your insurer and you will get the details there. If you have bought the insurance policy from Policybazaar, you would then need to just download the app and login to your My Account section.
