Today I did insurance through policybazar, Now my payment is debited from my account but it's not showing in policy bazaar app.. please help me
Hi Siddiq, thanks for reaching out. As we can see, the payment was successful and your National Insurance two-wheeler policy was issued on March 4, 2022. The policy copy was shared over the registered email address at 10:04 AM.
Also, You can download a copy from the Policybazaar app or website by logging in with your registered mobile number and OTP.
The path on the app: Login > Policies > Active plans > Click on the policy that you want the copy of > Download. Path on the website: Policybazaar.com > Sign in > Profile > Your Policies > Download Policy the respective policy.
