Proper reason for denial.Why do you not tell us these types of conditions during policy taking time

For your information - Wherever there are concerns about any of the following, the insurer investigates/ verifies the case and approves or rejects based on the results of the investigation:
1. Hospitalisation is not justified based on the insured's health condition (This is assessed by the insurer's medical team based on the reports shared, etc.)
2. There were any pre-existing diseases that were not declared at the time of taking the policy
3. Waiting period for pre-existing conditions has not been served
4. The claim is inauthentic
