    Inclusions of Iffco Tokio Top-up Plan

    Inclusions under the Iffco Tokio Protector Plus health top-up and super top-up policy are given below:

    • In-patient hospitalization expenses such as the fees of a medical practitioner, anaesthetist, and consultant, expenses of oxygen, blood, operation theatre, x-rays, chemotherapy and radiotherapy, pacemaker, etc. are paid by the insurer
    • Cost of treatment other than Allopathy, including Ayurveda, Homeopathy, and Unani under any recognized government centre
    • Daily cash up to the limit of 0.10% of the sum insured for the miscellaneous expenses that occurred during treatment
    • The cost of organ transplantation is covered under this Iffco Tokio health top-up and Super top-up plan
    • Ambulance charges up to Rs. 3000 are payable
    • Expenses of vitamins and tonic as mentioned in the form and approved by the attending medical practitioner
    • 60 days of pre and 90 days of post hospitalization expenses are claimable
    • Modern treatment procedures are recompensed

    Exclusions of Iffco Tokio Top-up Plan

    Under any circumstances, the policy doesn’t cover the following expenses incurred by the insured:

    • Any injury caused while serving the armed or police forces or during a war or warlike situation
    • Plastic or cosmetic surgery unless related to some injury or necessary for the treatment
    • Dental procedures unless required for an accidental treatment
    • Expenses related to maternity and related conditions
    • Cost of unproven treatment or treatment, naturopathy, or other such related therapies
    • Injury or disease occurred during the participation in adventurous sport
    • Expenses of treatment under hospitals or medical practitioners not mentioned in the policy documents
    • Charges of gender change/Surgery for weight or obesity reduction
    • Sterility or fertility expenses
    • Injury due to breaching the law with criminal intentions
