Job description:
Customer Care Associate would be providing assistance to the customer over
the phone for any issues/queries related to Insurance and booking the policy.
Functional Area:
Sales & Customer Service.
Requirements:
Experience in General Insurance / Life Insurance.
Should be able to converse in English and Hindi efficiently.
Should have a minimum qualification of a graduate or on the verge of
completion (Graduation with insurance background preferable).
Should have basic knowledge of computer.
Should be open to working in shifts.
Should be open to challenges and hardworking.
0-3 year work experience.
