However, in case our customers are receiving better price from somewhere else and bring it to our notice, we are committed to match the same price offered elsewhere through us. In order to do so, we require our customers to share the details with us. Following conditions have to be met in order to avail the best price.
1. Customer once purchases the product can not dispute the price on a later date.
2. Customer before buying if getting a better price from outside will need to provide a proof.
A. Proof will constitute renewal notice, email from Insurers IDs with the quote.
B. The premium considered would be the final shown on the renewal notice, or quote shared by the insurance company excluding the cash backs which are illegal.
3. PB team will ensure to get a lower price once customer shows us if we are priced higher.
4. PB team will take up to 24 hours to come back on the pricing.
