Chola MS Surety Bond Insurance: Exclusions
This Surety Bond Insurance will not apply in the following situations:
- The original contract is invalid, cancelled, or terminated before the insured risk occurs.
- Losses arising from fraud, collusion, bribery, criminal acts, or intentional misconduct.
- Contract terms are modified without the Surety's prior written consent.
- Losses caused by war, nuclear risks, pollution, force majeure events, or government/judicial actions.
- Third-party losses that are not part of the insured contract.
- Price fluctuations, penalties, fines, liquidated damages, or punitive damages.
