- Any changes or amendments made to the contract without the Surety's prior written approval.
- Losses caused by war, nuclear risks, pollution, force majeure events, or actions of regulatory, judicial, or government authorities.
- Legal expenses, arbitration costs, court-related expenses, and costs incurred to prove contractual default.
- Penalties, fines, liquidated damages, punitive damages, or liabilities beyond the scope of the insured contract.
