Matrix Go (“Mobile Application”) provides you with the ease to manage your tasks, particularly in scheduling face- to-face meetings with customers who have shown interest in meeting with them (“Intended Purpose”). This Mobile Application is meant only for employees of Policybazaar, who shall be regulated by the following Privacy Policy:
- The Mobile Application is meant only for professional use of the employees and only for the Intended Purpose. Any unauthorized use of the Mobile Application may result in termination of your employment with Policybazaar.
- The Mobile Application is an intellectual property of Policybazaar and any unauthorized use/ download/ modification is strictly prohibited. Policybazaar grants you a limited license to access and make use of the Mobile Application only for Intended Purpose.
- You shall strictly act in compliance with the terms of your employment, the code of conduct and other policies of Policybazaar which are applicable to its employees.
- You understand that the for the purpose of your employment the Mobile Application may collect certain information including any personal information, location tracking, details of the mobile device, applications installed on the mobile device. You hereby agree and authorize Policybazaar to collect this information in order to track your activity during the course of your employment with Policybazaar. Policybazaar shall be the absolute owner of such information and shall be free to use such collected information as it may deem fit, including assessing your performance during the course of your employment.
- The user of the Mobile Application shall not install any application on the mobile device, which is against the laws and regulations of India or any application which manipulates the location of the mobile device.
- You agree to be bound by any further directions of the Policybazaar with respect to the use of Mobile Application.
