Impact of BS-IV Emission Norms
Due to the BS-IV emission norms stipulated by the authorities, almost all two-wheeler manufacturers were later forced to offer huge discounts to be able to clear their stocks of two-wheelers.
Like all other two-wheeler manufacturers, Bajaj Auto Limited too offered heavy discounts on its two-wheeler products to delight its customers and clear off its stocks. The company offered as high as Rs.12,000 discounts on its flagship bikes and scooters.
