Cyber incidents or circumstances known before the policy commencement.

To raise a claim under the policy:

Report the cyber incident to Shriram General Insurance or the incident response provider as soon as reasonably possible.

Submit a duly filled claim form along with supporting documents.

Cooperate during claim assessment and provide all required information.

Do not admit liability or settle third-party claims without the insurer's written consent.

Upon receipt of all necessary documents, admissible claims are processed as per the policy terms.
